<strong>2. Eligibility</strong>

Participants must meet the following requirements:

<strong>- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
- Reside in a jurisdiction where participation is permitted by law.</strong>

In jurisdictions where a higher minimum age is required by law or regulation, participants must meet such higher requirement (e.g., 21 years old).

The promotion is void in the following jurisdictions (including but not limited to):

California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia.

<strong>3. Free Entry Method</strong>

Participants may enter this promotion by mail and must strictly comply with the following rules.

The mailing address is subject to the latest version published on this page. In the event of any changes, updates will be reflected here.

 <strong>5.Handwritten Information and Statement</strong>

Entries must be handwritten in blue ink and include:

- Full name;
- Platform User ID (available in the user account profile/dashboard).

The following statement must also be handwritten (no variations allowed):

<strong>“I agree to the Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules.”</strong>

Entries that do not include the required information or statement will be deemed invalid.

<strong>6.Card and Envelope Requirements</strong>

- Card size: approximately 4 × 6 inches;
- Only one card (one entry) is permitted per envelope; otherwise, the entire submission will be void;
- A standard envelope marked “#10” must be used.

The envelope must meet the following requirements:

- Include a return address in the upper-left corner;
- Include the full recipient address, which may include “c/o” information;
- Be clearly marked with “Sweeps Coins” or another equivalent handwritten label that clearly identifies the submission as a free entry request.

 <strong>7.Postmark Requirement</strong>

The envelope must bear a postmark from the same state as the participant’s registered account address.

Submissions that do not meet this requirement will be deemed invalid.

<strong>8. Submission Limits</strong>

- Each user may submit only one valid entry every 48 hours;
- All content must be handwritten; printed, copied, or mechanically reproduced materials are not accepted;
- Submissions must be clear, complete, and legible.

<strong>9. Reward</strong>

Each valid submission that passes review will receive 2 SC.

The reward amount is equivalent to the bonus associated with the smallest purchase package on the platform.

 <strong>10.Processing, Verification and Issuance</strong>

- Submissions are typically processed within 7–14 days after receipt;
- Actual processing times may vary depending on submission volume or mailing conditions;
- Each submission will be reviewed individually.

The platform identifies the source of each submission through the user’s unique account ID and, in combination with internal review mechanisms, submission frequency limits, and manual verification procedures, determines the uniqueness of each submission to prevent duplicate, bulk, or abnormal entries.

The platform may verify submissions including but not limited to:

- Consistency between the submitted name and account records;
- Consistency between the return address and the account’s registered address;
- Compliance of the postmark with the stated requirements;
- Whether the submission appears to be duplicate, bulk, or otherwise abnormal.

<strong>11. Equal Odds Statement</strong>

Sweeps Coins obtained via the free entry method (AMOE) are fully equivalent to Sweeps Coins obtained through any paid or other methods in terms of:

- Functionality;
- Value;
- Odds of winning.
